Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we shall process the refund or notify you of its rejection. In case of a refund, a credit will automatically be made within 3-4 working days of approval. Also, the replacement request will be cancelled if the product is not returned in its original packing or exceeds the return period. We will check the video before arranging the pickup. If satisfied that the product is damaged in transit, only then returns will be accepted.

*Replacement/ Exchanges* are *not acceptable* for Aroma 24/7 India.
We will arrange a return pickup after a processing charge of ₹500/-.
Upon receiving the item at our warehouse and an inspection that the product has not been damaged at the customer’s end, we will make a complete refund of your purchased item to your original mode of payment of order placement. Please note that shipping and processing charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
